Clause No. 1: Purpose

The general terms and conditions of sale detailed below outline the rights and obligations of the brand Inside Out Media and its client in the context of selling the following services: Online Community Management Services.

 

Any service provided by Inside Out Media thus implies the buyer's unreserved adherence to these general terms and conditions of sale.

 

Clause No. 2: Price

The prices of the services sold are those in force on the day of the order being placed. They are denominated in euros. VAT is not applicable.

 

Inside Out Media reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, it commits to invoicing the ordered services at the prices indicated at the time of the order registration.

 

Clause No. 3: Discounts and Rebates

The offered rates include the discounts and rebates that Inside Out Media may grant based on its results or the buyer's assumption of certain services.

 

Clause No. 4: Discount

No discount will be granted for early payment.

 

Clause No. 5: Payment Terms

Orders are payable by one or the services made available by Inside Out Media on the website:

 

- either by credit card

- or by PayPal when available on the site

 

When purchasing a package/subscription, the buyer must pay the full amount of the package/subscription for the period chosen. The payment request is automatically renewed subsequently by tacit renewal and debited from the same credit card used for the initial purchase at the end of the period chosen and purchased.

 

The client may cancel their subscription at any time after a period of 3 months by giving a minimum of 30 days notice before the end of the current subscription. Cancellation can be made by simple request by email to the following address: hello@inside-out-media.com

 

Clause No. 6: Late Payment

In case of total or partial non-payment of the services, the buyer must pay Inside Out Media a late penalty equal to three times the legal interest rate in Dubai.

 

The legal interest rate used is that in force on the day of the ordering of the services.

 

This penalty is calculated on the total amount including any tax of the sum remaining due and runs from the due date of the price without any prior notice being necessary.

 

In addition to late penalties, any sum, including the deposit, not paid on its due date will automatically result in a fixed compensation of 40 euros due for collection costs.

 

Clause No. 7: Resolution Clause

If within fifteen days following the implementation of the "Late Payment" clause, the buyer has not paid the remaining sums due, the sale will be automatically terminated and may give the right to the award of damages to Inside Out Media.

 

Clause No. 8: Delivery, Validation of Work Done, and Posting on Social Networks

The client has 72 hours to validate the work provided (posts/publications for social networks) upon receipt from Inside Out Media. The client is able to request up to 2 modifications on the delivered work. The request(s) for modifications must be made within 48 hours after receiving the work by email.

 

After purchasing a package by the client, Inside Out Media delivers the work within a maximum of 15 working days for validation by the client.

 

The days and hours of posting the posts/publications are defined by Inside Out Media for optimal results.

 

Inside Out Media schedules the publications within 72 hours after the client's validation.

 

Clients are advised to provide Inside Out Media with their own images and videos for optimal content; otherwise, Inside Out Media will use royalty-free images of its choice from image banks.

 

Clause No. 9: Assistance

The client can contact Inside Out Media via email on the website. Inside Out Media usually reply within a delay maximum of 48hrs.

 

Clause No. 10: Force Majeure

Inside Out Media responsibility cannot be invoked if the non-execution or delay in the execution of one of its obligations described in these general terms and conditions of sale results from a case of force majeure. As such, force majeure is understood as any external, unforeseeable, and irresistible event.

 

Clause No. 11: Competent Tribunal

Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these general terms and conditions of sale is subject to law in Dubai.
