Inside Out Media, provides comprehensive social media management services to clients worldwide. Our services include understanding your business through a detailed questionnaire, creating bespoke publications for your social media, and scheduling these posts at the most effective times and days.
How does the process work for a new client at IOM?
New clients start by choosing a plan that matches their needs and budget on the IOM website. After filling out a questionnaire to help us grasp their business better, we craft a month's worth of posts and deliver them within 10 days for the client's validation. Clients have up to 72 hours to approve these publications or request any amendments. Each following month, the posts are prepared in advance and validated by the client before the current publishing finishes to ensure continuity.
What if I need modifications to the publications created by IOM?
Clients can request up to 2 changes upon reviewing the publications via a provided link. Client satisfaction is our priority, and we will make the required adjustments to ensure the content aligns with their vision.
How does IOM determine when to post the content on social media?
After the client validates the publications, IOM schedules the posts to be published on the client's social media accounts at optimal times to maximise engagement and visibility using specific tools incorporating data from the social media platforms.
What is the validation deadline for publications created by IOM?
Clients must validate the publications within a maximum of 72 hours. Delays in validation may result in a corresponding delay in the scheduled publishing by IOM.
What is Inside Out Media's cancellation policy?
Clients intending to cancel their plan are required to provide a minimum of 30 days' notice to Inside Out Media. This notice period helps us manage our content creation and scheduling processes effectively. A request to cancel a policy can be sent by a simple email to hello@inside-out-media.com
How does IOM create posts that are pertinent to a client's business?
IOM utilises online resources to craft posts that are tailored specifically to the client's business. This ensures that the content is engaging and relevant to the client's target audience. IOM will also use the website of the client in order to use a similar tone of communication to that used on the clients website.
How are client social media accounts linked to IOM's publishing tools?
Clients may either provide IOM with the necessary connection codes to link their accounts to our publishing tools or choose to connect their pages themselves. IOM provides detailed guidance on how to achieve this upon request, ensuring a smooth integration process.
How soon after selecting a plan can clients expect to receive their first set of posts for validation?
Clients are expected to receive their first batch of posts for validation within 10 days from the day of purchasing a plan on the IOM website. This timeframe allows us to develop content that is meticulously designed to meet the unique requirements and objectives of each client. This can vary, depending upon the time of the year but should not exceed 15 days. Each following month, IOM works in advance and will provide new posts for validation by the client approximately 10 days before the end of the current programmed posts have finished being published.
Do IOM answer my comments on my social media accounts?
IOM does not reply to comments and questions on clients accounts. Nobody knows the clients business like the client themselves. Comments can also be a sales lead and it is of the utmost importance that the best person deals with it.
I want to use some of my own photos and videos in the posts, how does this work ?
IOM gives each client access to their clients file in our cloud. The client can upload any photos and videos that they wish IOM to use in the posts that they are creating. IOM will cut, trim, resize and enhance any of the clients photos and videos if needed to maximize the quality of the post being created.
Can IOM deal with publicity for my social media accounts?
IOM strongly advises to run advertising campaigns as well as to post regulary on all social media accounts.
